If it is difficult for you to travel to the doctor's office, I will provide you with medical care in your home that is personal, collaborative, and integrated.
I can treat you for a range of problems, whether they are acute--such as a recently acquired respiratory infection or a sudden back pain--or complex and chronic.
I will spend as much time as needed with you and your family, so that you will understand the reasons for the treatments I recommend.I will also help coordinate your treatment with other caregivers and specialists, if needed.
Services offered
I offer home visits to adult patients in Manhattan.
Same-day, evening, and weekend visits are available.
Patients may also make arrangements to see me in the office in Greenwich Village.

Complete physical examination
Primary-care visits
Acute-care visits
Treatment and management of acute or chronic pain, with conventional and non-traditional therapies
Post-hospitalization visits
Post-rehab or nursing-home visits
Disease management, in cooperation with your primary-care physician
Buprenorphine/Suboxone induction and management
Monitoring of blood pressure, cardiac rhythm, and blood oxygenation
Intravenous vitamin and mineral treatments (Myer’s Cocktail)
End-of-life care. I believe that elderly or chronically-ill patients should be given services that enable them to stay in their homes for as long as possible.
Flu season: arrange for a flu shot in your home or office, special rates for multiple patients.
Dr. Blank does not offer urgent care.If you have a life-threatening emergency, you should phone 911.
